Technical Sales Representative

Overall Responsibility:
Develop sales opportunities, maintain client relations, and provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
A high level of professionalism, communication, organization, and advocating the ultimate customer service is imperative to this role, as excellent service is the foundation of our business.

Educational Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent
Professional skills we prefer:
● Sales or customer service experience
● 5 years of experience specific to the European automotive industry or e-commerce
● Professional phone etiquette
● Familiarity with point-of-sale and e-commerce technology
● Advanced problem solving skills
● Knowledge and enthusiasm for the BMW brand
● Familiarity with parts or service industry and trends
