Power Steering Cooler Return Hose, BMW - E46 323i 325i 328i 330i

BMW has two hoses they call a Return Line - this is the hose running from the power steering cooler to the reservoir. It returns fluid back to the reservoir. Like the Inlet/Supply Hose it has non-reusable crimped hose clamps where the hose meets the reservoir. Leaks are very common here as the clamps loosen and the rubber hose swells.

This Hose fits E46 323i, 323Ci, 325i, 325Ci, 328i, 328Ci, 330i, and 330Ci - 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 32416796390 (32-41-6-796-390) and is described as Power Steering Hose from Cooler to Reservoir - E46 323i 325i 328i 330i. 

BMW uses a “quick disconnect” plastic fitting on some hoses that can be finicky to remove (push fitting further on the pipe, compress plastic collar, then pull apart). We strongly recommend having the QD fitting tool in your toolbox - see Related Items below.
