Power Steering Pump Supply Hose, Aftermarket - E36, Z3

This is a high-quality aftermarket replacement for the the power steering hose connecting the reservoir to your power steering pump on many E36 323i/323is/328i/328is models (1996-1999), as well as Z3 2.8 liter (1997-1998).

This hose supplies the power steering pump with fluid from the reservoir. BMW calls it an "intake manifold" or "suction pipe". The hose can also swell over time, causing a leak, and the hose must be replaced. A crimped hose clamp was originally used but this can expand and cause an PS fluid leak as well. We recommend a 18-24mm premium hose clamp instead.

If you are looking for an inexpensive replacement power steering hose to get your 1996-1999 E36 323/328 or Z3 2.8 back on the road (without breaking the bank), we'd consider this low cost / high quality replacement hose. It will do the job at a fraction of the cost of the original BMW dealer part. 

Please note: This hose is NOT for 4 door models after the 1998 model year. This hose will fit the 2 door coupe/convertible 3 series for 1999, but not the 4 door models (which are a later chassis and newer generation). On Z3, this hose is used through 1998.
