By manufacturing from materials not found in a mill's standard inventory, Hyperco engineers are able to design suspension coils to exact specifications with the largest variety of
wire diameters available today and a wide array of premium-quality materials, such as ultra-high tensile chrome
silicon, micro alloys, titanium, alloy steels, and stainless. Multiple magnaflux
inspections, before and after coiling, are used to ensure the wire is free from
surface imperfections which, if undetected, could lead to spring failure.
