Intake Air Temperature Sensor for M57 Diesel engines. This sensor is also used in i3 60Ah, 94Ah, and 120Ah Rex Models.

This sensor (IAT sensor) sends intake temperature data to the DME/DDE so it can correct for abnormally high or low intake temps. It's typically located in the intake chargepipe. This sensor is critical for peak engine performance and fuel economy.

This is a Genuine BMW intake temp sensor with a two year warranty.
