This Inspection I oil change package for the M57 turbo six-cylinder diesel cars includes high performance Red Line 5W30TD synthetic oil and an OEM Hengst oil filter. This kit includes everything you need for an oil change on the turbo-diesel models of the E90 335d (2010, 2011, 2012) and E70 X5 35d xDrive (2008-2013).
Kit Contents:- 8 quarts of Red Line 5W30TD synthetic motor oil (the capacity is approximately 7.5 quarts)
- 1 OEM Hengst oil filter kit
Red Line oil outperforms the factory oil when it comes to strength under stress. Factory-type oils are engineered for efficiency and include additives to enhance lubrication, reduce emissions, and improve fuel economy. But in the high performance turbo world we live in, these oils break down faster, leaving your engine unprotected. Red Line oil has higher levels of ZDDP (zinc and phosphorous) that do a better job of lubricating, protecting, and sealing in the hotter environments our turbo engines are capable of making while still exceeding BMW LL-01 standards. Red Line oil includes the appropriate levels of anti-wear additives and low ash content to ensure compatibility with factory emissions equipment.
The Hengst OEM oil filter kit includes the filter, cap o-ring, and a drain plug crush seal. We insist on OEM or Original BMW filters for our customers. Hengst is an OE supplier to BMW for this and many other filters and components found in your BMW. As an original supplier, Hengst's filter products meet or exceed the requirements from BMW. They are engineered for the correct fit and filtration needs of the M57 turbo diesel 6-cylinder engines.
