This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11657625293 (11-65-7-625-293) and is described as Exhaust Manifold Gasket Seal Ring, as used on many BMW models with the N20/N26 turbocharged engine. 

If your have one of the N20/N26 turbo engine powered BMWs, such as the F30/F31 320i, 328i, 328i xDrive, F32/F33 428i & 428i xDrive, F36 428i Gran Coupe, F10 528i & 528i xDrive, F22/F23 2 Series 228i & 228i xDrive, one of the many "28i" powered BMW X models (X1 28i turbo, X3 28i, X4 28i, X5 40e XDrive) or the Z4 28i Roadster, then your car should have 4 of these exhaust manifold gasket rings. Any time the turbo manifold is removed, these seal rings should be replaced to avoid having an exhaust leak from the manifold.
