BimmerWorld specializes in the parts, servicing, and performance of BMW automobiles and we have an opening for a Customer Service Advisor supporting our sales team. Overall Responsibility: 
Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and LiveChat.

A high level of professionalism, communication, organization, and advocating the ultimate customer service is imperative to this role, as excellent service is the foundation of our business.

Key Job Duties: 
● General customer service and order support
Respond promptly to customer order inquiries
Work through warranty and return scenarios to find a solution for the customer
●  Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Respond promptly to customer order inquiries
Maintains regular and prompt attendance
Performs other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements: 
● High school diploma or equivalent 

Required Skills and Experience:
● Familiar with point-of-sale and e-commerce technology
● Proficient typing and computer skills
● Professional phone etiquette 
● Advanced problem solving skills
● Hands on automotive experience
● Strong organizational skills
● Team player
