This is the hose that carries coolant from the water pump to the engine block, auxiliary radiator, and oil filter housing on N20/N26 engines with automatic transmission in the F22 228i, F30 320i/328i, F32 428i, X1 28i, and Z4 28i. BMW calls it a "Feed Line" and it's a central hose assembly on the N20 cooling system.
Important Fitment Notes:
1. fits with automatic transmission only. One connection on this hose runs to the auxiliary radiator in the passenger side wheel well.
2. this hose part number only fits with engines that use an aluminum oil filter housing (not plastic). Most cars have been updated to an aluminum housing after a factory BMW replacement.
