Upgrading your F8X heat exchangers to lower intake temps ensures high and consistent power output. These are CSF cooler upgrades for the intake air cooler circuit on the S55 - center heat exchanger and side auxiliary radiator. These are aluminum versions of the stock coolers, with improved flow and more capacity and surface area. They are a direct bolt-on upgrade for the stock coolers with the related hoses included. With the tight space of the F8X engine bay maximizing surface cooling is crucial and CSF has a proven winner in design and materials.
CSF F8X radiators has more rows and more tubes in its core than the stock originals, increasing surface area and volume. These use CSF's B-tube technology that increases surface area by 30% over a standard oval tube.
The aluminum construction is far stronger and more reliable than the factory piece that uses plastic end tanks. Mounting brackets & fittings are CNC machined in the OEM design for superb fit and durability and plug-and-play upgrade with original hoses. Steel mesh rock guards are included.
