The front window gasket on an E30 is hardly a complex part. It's made of pliable rubber that's easy to replicate, making the added cost of a Genuine BMW part excessive. This aftermarket version works just like the original and comes with a 2 year warranty. Replace that rotten, cracked, faded, leaking, and failing front windshield gasket with this fresh black replacement.
The gasket changed starting in the 1988 model year. If your E30 is a 1988, 1989, 1990 or 1991 (as well as 1993 and 1993 convertibles) it uses this later style gasket.
