This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11538678045 (11 53 8 678 045) and is described as the gasket (29.8x4.6x2.2mm, 30x2mm) for the water pipe to the water pump on B46D, B58C, and B58D (B58TU) engines. This seals the pipe to the water pump.
