My turn to sleep as we enter TX. I learned or observed a few things that I will share today:
-IL troupers are sneaky. I think my keen powers of observation last night avoided some poorly choreographed 3-cruiser takedown. 1 Series -1, Cops - 0.
- Vic should practice what he preaches - not signing out on a shared computer is seemingly an invitation.
- Indiana has at least one monster raccoon, who thanks to dumb luck is still alive today
- Dumb luck is better than skill - I brushed the brakes last night to take an exit and the raccoon which would have otherwise taken out our aftermarket (=PITA to replace) AA intercooler, custom oil cooler, and radiator slipped by 5' in front of us.
- The Kansas City BMW Club Chapter is AWESOME!!! Yet another warm welcome from those guys who came to see us at MAM today, then after mentioning ribs, Ned Smith invited us to his house for a BBQ and a shower. Great times!
-The driver's seat of the 1 is the best seat in the house. You pay for it though. My all night drive last night was comfy, but sleep is more important tonight. I opted for stretched across the back seat instead of front seat with head bouncing off window.

I've been following you guys over the last few days and had a question:
What side wheels and tires are on the 135? What kind of tires are they? I see that you have some awesome D-Force rims. Very nice and good luck guys!
Randall - Tires are Michelin PS2's, size is 255/35-18 all around.

Excellent! I've heard the PS2s seem to be the tire of choice for the One Lap. Truth or Fiction?
